Housework Reinvented

ADHD At Home

Recently, I had a member of one of my groups tell me that whenever she tries to clean she finds herself spinning in circles, trying to decide where to start.

Another member told me that she often forgets to do laundry until everyone in her house is out of underwear.

Organize your pantry? Gimme a break!

I know you want your house to feel like a home.

You want to feel like you are in-control of your space.

But the idea of setting up a cleaning schedule and actually getting started is just too overwhelming.

ADHD At Home

Have you ever teamed up with a friend or a group to work on a project?

Did you notice that you actually got a lot done, the time flew by, and you had a great time?

Imagine how you would feel if you got all of your meal-prep done on Monday morning.

Now imagine if you could fold the laundry, wipe down your kitchen, and sort the mail while chatting with friends.

When you get ALL of the things done, and you do it with friends, you lose the guilt and the feelings of overwhelm. (And you start having fun!)

Q. Is ADHD at Home an e-course? I don't get it! Nope! ADHD at Home is a monthly membership group, where you'll get access to LIVE work sessions every week with myself and other guest experts, fun and inspiring posts, annnnd access to our exclusive Facebook community for added support.

Q. I'm just starting to try to manage my home. Should I wait to join ADHD at Home? Lucky you! You have the opportunity to start with a strategic roadmap for the most important things to focus on if you want to get results NOW (instead of 2 years from now). You'll also be able to connect with some of the most driven and encouraging people who will help you along the way (people who will collaborate with you and hold you accountable to your goals, so you can get results more quickly).

Q. I’m not at home during the day. Can I still join? I would never tell you that you are not welcome, but our live sessions will be mostly during the day, EST. This group is more effective for part-time or work at home household CEOs. However, I am available to talk about all things home management privately through my one-on-one support services

Q. How do I stop my membership? Since the monthly fee is only $5, and you are billed month-to-month, I can easily remove you from the group. So take your time, try some of our sessions, and if it’s not a good fit, I’ll remove you no questions asked. :)

Q. How does the free month of Coaching Corner work? I will add you to the group at the same time you are joining ADHD at Home. At the end of 30 days, or the 15th of the following month, you can determine if you wish to stay in Coaching Corner. Details here. his area

So what do you think?

You can certainly choose to manage all of your household chores alone. Believe me, if I could get it done on my own life would be soooo much easier!

You could also scroll through Pinterest and pin a bunch of ideas that you may or may not try later. God knows I love Pinterest!

But no matter how many books I read or how many different systems I try, nothing beats the company of friends.

I hope you will come and hang out with me so we can truly be the CEOs of our homes together!
