Take back control of your emotions and life.

Feel Better Fast is a 6-week, 1-on-1 program for women striving to live fulfilling and well-balanced lives with ADHD.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the rollercoaster of emotions that come with ADHD?

Living with ADHD can be super frustrating. No matter how hard you try, it feels like falling short. Like you’re always running in circles without making any progress.

It feels like a constant struggle to maintain control and balance in your life.

Add relationships with friends, family members, and romantic partners to the mix and it can feel like a heavy weight looming over every area of your life.

The emotional highs and lows often lead to embarrassment, shame, anxiety, and depression. The good news: you (yes, you!) can learn to manage these negative emotions and reclaim control of your life.

You're not alone.

It’s no secret that women juggle a ton of responsibilities.

In today’s fast-paced world, there are more distractions than ever before, making it more difficult to stay focused. Throw ADHD into the mix and keeping up with daily tasks can feel almost impossible.

But what if you could…

  • Be more in-tune with your ADHD diagnosis and emotions
  • Have a clear understanding of why your emotions feel so out of control
  • Gain more self-awareness and control of your emotions and life
  • Step away from negative self-talk and reframe the way you think
  • Shed the shame and learn to navigate the stigma attached to ADHD
  • Confidently build and maintain healthy relationships
  • Set solid boundaries and stick to them

If you’re thinking “yes, yes, yes!” then you, my friend, are in the right place.

“I never knew how many struggles throughout my life—finances, overeating, staying organized, depression, anxiety—were related to my ADHD diagnosis. Once I learned this, I gained clarity about myself and my relationships . I’m now able to effectively communicate my needs at work—and I no longer feel like I have to tell everyone about my ADHD. It really is possible to feel better fast when you commit to the process.” —Mary Sue

“When I started working with Liz through the Feel Better Fast program, I felt ashamed and stuck. Like every area of my life was out of control. I worried that I wasn’t capable of making real changes.

During our sessions, Liz was SO easy to talk to. She understood where I was coming from, asked the right questions, and willingly shared her own stories to help me find my own answers. After our time together, I feel more accepting of my diagnosis and understand why I feel the way I did before. Even my husband has noticed that I feel more in control of my home and myself.” —Lisa C.

So, who’s guiding you on this journey of self-discovery?

Hi, I’m Liz Lewis.

Healthy ADHD

I help women who struggle with ADHD feel more confident and in control through education and community.

I know what it’s like to feel as if you’re on a never-ending emotional rollercoaster. For most of my life, I struggled with emotional management issues.

Growing up, I took a looong list of medications. But, no matter which medications I tried, I was never able to articulate exactly why I felt so awful about myself.

Because of negative thought patterns, I felt unworthy and undeserving. The shame of living with ADHD prevented me from living my best life.

It wasn’t until my early 20’s that I sought help from a psychotherapist. I started to take a close look at the events and people in my life. During this time, I began to see the relationship between my emotional struggles and ADHD.

Then my son was born and things got even crazier. Momming with ADHD was HARD. So I started researching and learning more about women with ADHD. My goal was to connect with and learn from other women. And even more, I wanted to share some of the tools I created for myself to turn things around.

Now, more than 3 years later, the Healthy ADHD community includes more than 1,600 women supporting each other and sharing their stories.

I’m not a psychologist or an ADHD coach. But I am a believer in the power of YOU. You can change your life for the better. I’m here to help.

The process will sometimes feel uncomfortable. But I promise, you’ll get a little stronger every day.

As for me, my journey with ADHD has had its ups and down. But I’m happy to report that its led me to become more confident and at peace with both ADHD and the emotions that come with it. I know you can achieve the same success.

“Working with Liz through this program was such a blessing. She honors the uniqueness of your own situation while empathizing with your ADHD tendencies throughout the whole process. It was such a relief to talk to another mama—especially one who understands and accepts how ADHD affects every aspect of your life. Liz helped me work through areas where I was feeling stuck—I even had a few ‘a-ha!’ moments while discussing these topics. Thank you, Liz!” ---Marci

If you could pick up your kids, step into work, or just wake up feeling a little bit more in control of your life tomorrow … would it be worth it?

It’s time to take back control of your emotions and life.

“Before this program, I’d never paid for ADHD support and was skeptical whether it would really make a difference. At the time, I felt alone parenting and living with ADHD and liked the idea of community. Working 1-on-1 with Liz helped me to accept where I am today and to work towards becoming the best version of myself. Even just knowing others have the same struggles as you is HUGE. The benefits have been amazing and I love my new community!”

Lyndsey

“I was hesitant about investing my time and money to complete the program but am glad I went for it. I learned so much about how my ADHD diagnosis affects ALL aspects of my life. Now more than ever before, I’m aware of how important it is to take the time to understand and work through it. Liz truly has a gift for understanding what it’s like to live and parent with ADHD on a daily basis. The opportunity to work 1-on-1 with her was worth every penny.”

Get your questions answered.

How do I know if this is right for me?

Whether you were diagnosed with ADHD decades ago or yesterday, Feel Better Fast is designed to help you understand and effectively manage your emotions. If you’re willing to confront your diagnosis and make changes to improve your overall well-being, this program is for you.

What if I can’t pay in full upfront?

I understand it’s not always possible to pay in full upfront. That’s why I offer two payment options for the Foundational Program: one payment of $397 or two payments of $227 (due before your first session and before your last session).

How much time is required from me to finish the program?

Most students complete the program in 8 hours. Each 1-on-1 session lasts an hour and you’ll be given worksheets and recommended reading between sessions. Of course, it’s totally up to you how much time you put in.

If you are doing it self-paced you can take as much time as you need!

Can I schedule the same meeting time each week?

You bet! Meetings are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis so just let me know as soon as possible if you want to keep a certain time.

Can I schedule a time to meet with you later if I need to?

Absolutley! You can always schedule and hour with me at a later date. The cost of a one-hour coffee date is $55.

How is this different from ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaches are expensive and, often, don’t provide ongoing support after your time together. When you join Feel Better Fast, you get 6 1-on-1 hours with me and unlimited email support between sessions. After the program, you have ongoing access to me through the Healthy ADHD community. We’re all in this together.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

Yes! If you don’t feel like you’re making any progress after your second 1-on-1 session, simply email me before your third session and I’ll be happy to offer a full refund.

Email me within 30 days of purchasing FBF Self-Paced/Plus and I will do the same.

How are the 1-on-1 meetings scheduled?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive an email from me to schedule your first 1-on-1 meeting. We’ll meet via Zoom 6 times over the course of 6-8 weeks.

I work full-time. Are you available evenings and weekends?

I keep a few evening and weekend time slots available just in case. These are available on a first come, first serve basis.

I have another question.

I have answers! Just email me at healthyadhd@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you in a jiff.
