Every single day I receive emails from women living with an ongoing low level of frustration. Some of the emails are asking for advice, but many just want to be heard.
I hear things like:
- I cannot get myself into any sort of routine
- I cannot seem to motivate myself and I feel like a failure
- I cannot sleep at night, my mind races with everything I "should" have done during the day
- I am late all the time, I cannot seem to manage my time

My heart hurts for these women, because I have been there!
I have struggled to manage my time, my money, my home, my relationships and even my child. But within all that struggle were amazing lessons. I learned how to create the external structures that I needed to live a full and productive life.
And I have learned to ACCEPT MYSELF. Which is the hardest lesson of all.

Coming out of the closet with ADHD
Knowledge is power. Unfortunately, sometimes the people closest to us have trouble believing ADHD is a real thing. Together, we can create a plan for you to move forward and feel empowered.
I will pull back the curtain on some of the most effective time management strategies for adults with ADHD. We will discuss creating a structure to your day so that we can build routines that work for YOU.
A diagnosis of ADHD comes with many emotions. Often, women feel a sense of relief. But there is also grief. Emotional management with ADHD is important to overall well being and functioning.
I will show you how to manage the storms of life and maintain your sense of humor.
Parenting With ADHD
How do you parent when you feel like you can barely manage yourself? Parenting is tough. Parenting when you have ADHD is really upping the ante!
Sometimes it does take a village to make it work. I will show you the steps I have taken to ensure that I am constantly bettering myself as a mom.
What will we do during our sessions?
A: First we will work together to figure out what is going on beneath the surface. I find that many of our ADHD symptoms are made worse by our emotional state. Then if you wish, I will give you more specific strategies and/or advice. And I am always willing to research specific topics for my clients.
Why are you not a coach?
A: I believe that a person should have the proper training and certification to call themselves a coach. While I would love to get the designation, and I might in the future, I cannot manage it right now.
What do I get out of our time together?
A: You get a sympathetic ear and complete acceptance. Life will get easier to manage. You will feel less shame and more confidence. And as a bonus you become part of a larger community of smart, kind, powerful women!
Do you have a refund policy?
A: So far nobody has asked for a refund. If we get to the end of our sessions and you are not pleased, I will refund your money.
